1. Site owner

This site is run by Custom Design, a web design and development studio based in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia.

The office address is not published here: that is the studio’s decision. If you need it for a formal procedure, write to us and we will provide it.

3. What this site is

It is the studio's informational website: it explains the services we offer, shows work we have already published and lets you send us a message. It is not a shop or a payment portal: no money is charged or received through this site. The site is available in English and Spanish, and its content may change without notice.

4. Ownership of content and trademarks

The Custom Design brand, the design of this site, its texts, photographs and code are ours. The logos, names and screenshots of the projects we show belong to their owners and are published with their permission. If you own one of them and would rather we removed it, write to us and we will.

5. What is measured and what is stored

Site measurement is explained in detail in the Cookie policy: Google Analytics 4 only if you accept it, and Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies. The personal data you send through the form is handled as described in the Privacy policy.

6. Where it is hosted

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, is always served over HTTPS, and the domain's email runs on Cloudflare Email Routing and SMTP2GO. There is no third-party advertising on this website.

7. Responsibility for what we publish

We write carefully, but a figure can become outdated or wrong: if you spot it, tell us and we will correct it. We are not responsible for how the information on this site is used without looking at the specific case. Any results we mention belong to the projects named; they are not a promise that they will repeat in another business.

8. Links to other sites

External links (clients' websites, WhatsApp, third-party tools) lead to sites we do not control. Their content and their policies are theirs, not ours.

9. If something is wrong

If you find a mistake, a broken link, content that should not be published or a security problem, write to [email protected] and tell us what you saw. We reply within 24 business hours and, if it is a mistake, we fix it.

10. Commercial communications

We do not send newsletters or advertising by email. If we ever start sending updates, it will only be with your permission and with a simple way to unsubscribe.

11. Governing law

This notice is governed by Colombian law.
