2. What data we collect

• Full name.
• Email address.
• Phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to provide it.
• Service of interest and the content of your message.
• Minimal technical data required for the site to work and to filter automated submissions (for example, the IP address recorded by the form provider).

3. Why we use it

Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and maintain the resulting commercial conversation. We do not use your data for advertising profiling and we never sell or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Who it is shared with

The form is processed by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to the Custom Design inbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The domain's email is received through Cloudflare Email Routing and sent with SMTP2GO, and the mailbox where messages are read is a Gmail account (Google). All of them process the data only to deliver the technical service. Where necessary to deliver a project, we may share information with subcontractors under confidentiality agreements.

5. How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, where it becomes a commercial relationship, for the applicable legal retention periods. If we receive no reply, we delete the data within a maximum of 24 months.

6. Your rights

You may request access, updating, rectification or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. Under the GDPR you also have the right to restriction of processing, data portability and to object. We will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.

You can withdraw your consent at any time, without giving reasons and without it affecting the service: write to us and we will stop processing your data, except for what the law requires us to keep. Consent for site measurement is withdrawn by clearing this site's data in your browser: when you come back, the notice appears again and you can decline. It is explained step by step in the Cookie policy.

7. Security

The site is always served over HTTPS and the form includes anti-spam measures. We apply reasonable controls to prevent unauthorised access to the information we receive.

8. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or cookies that follow you across other websites. What is stored in your browser, and why, is set out in the Cookie policy. In short: Google Analytics 4 loads only after consent for visitors from a country whose law requires it (European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland): in those cases the notice appears and the decision is stored in your own browser, in local storage, under the key cd-consentimiento. Visitors from other countries, where the law does not require cookie consent, are measured directly. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you, in every case.

9. Videos hosted on YouTube

On the video production service page we show videos hosted on YouTube, on the channel of the client they were produced for. This site does not load the player when the page opens: what you see is a thumbnail served from our own site, and the YouTube player only loads if you click a thumbnail or activate it with the keyboard. At that moment YouTube (Google) may receive your IP address, your browser data and your interaction with the player, and it applies its own policies, over which we have no control. Until you play a video, this site asks YouTube for nothing: not a request, not an image, not a cookie.

10. Changes

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be published on this page together with its review date.
