This policy covers only what is stored in your browser. How we handle the personal data you send us is explained in the Privacy policy.

1. What a cookie is and what this site does

A cookie is a small file your browser stores when a website asks it to. It is used, for example, to remember a decision or to count visits. This site uses very few, and none of them is for advertising: here is everything that is stored today, with nothing added and nothing left out.

2. What is stored today, item by item

• Your decision about the notice (key cd-consentimiento): it is stored in your browser's local storage; it is not a cookie and it never travels to any server. It only says "accepted" or "declined", and it is there so we do not ask you again on every visit. It disappears when you clear this site's data.
• Google Analytics 4 (only if you accept): two Google cookies, _ga and _ga_ plus the account identifier. They count visits, which country and which channel people come from, which pages are viewed, and whether someone wrote on WhatsApp, called, sent an email or submitted the form. They are read by Google, not by our domain. They last as long as Google's default setting (up to two years). If you decline, nothing from Google is loaded: the tag is not even requested.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics (always on, without cookies): it measures visits and loading speed with no cookies, without identifying you and without following you across other websites. It stores nothing on your device and the data arrives aggregated, so visits are not lost even if you decline cookie-based analytics.
• Cloudflare, the network that serves the site: for security, Cloudflare may apply technical measures to tell a person from a robot. They are not used for advertising or to track you across sites.
• YouTube videos (only if you play them): the service pages show videos hosted on a client's YouTube channel. Nothing from YouTube is loaded when the page opens —the thumbnail is served by our own server— and the player only comes in if you click a thumbnail or activate it with the keyboard. At that moment the player comes from youtube-nocookie.com and YouTube (Google) may store its own cookies or local data and record the visit: those are its policies, not ours, and they only apply to whoever chooses to play the video. Playing a video does not depend on the cookie notice: they are two separate decisions, and you can play with the notice declined.
• Nothing else on our side. Apart from what you activate yourself by playing a video, there are no social media cookies, no advertising pixels and no session recording. If anything is ever added, it will be published here before it is switched on.

3. Who is asked for consent, and who is not

The notice is shown to visitors from countries whose law requires it: the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. To find out where a visit comes from, the site itself asks Cloudflare at an address on its own domain ("/cdn-cgi/trace"): an internal request, no third parties and no cookies. If that request fails, the notice is shown anyway.

Visitors from Colombia, Chile or the United States are not asked, because their law does not require consent for cookies: there, analytics loads directly. If you would rather not be measured, you can block cookies in your browser; how to do it is explained below.

4. How to accept, decline and withdraw consent

• Accept loads Google Analytics right away. Decline never loads it. The site works the same either way.
• To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser (Settings → Privacy and security → clear browsing data, selecting only this site), or write to us at [email protected] and we will do it for you. When you come back, the notice appears again and you can decline.
• You can also block them in your browser, or browse in a private window. Blocking them does not stop you using the site: the form, the phone number and WhatsApp keep working.
• If you ask us to stop measuring your visit, we will, and we will confirm it in writing.

5. Links to other sites

This site links to websites that are not ours: WhatsApp, our clients' sites and the YouTube player that loads when you play one of the videos. When you click those links, or play a video, you are using third-party services, and their policies apply. We do not control them.

6. Changes

If we change what is stored or what it is used for, we will update this page before switching it on and change the review date shown above.
