• Its own tables for the record, the change log, cancellation requests, cases, payment runs and their lines, with real types: DATE for dates, CHAR(5) for postcodes, a closed list for status and a unique index per WordPress account.
• Indexes on what is actually searched: email, ID number, member number, province, status, billing month and registration year.
• The direct-debit account is never stored in the clear: AES-256-CBC with a key derived from wp_salt, plus an HMAC-SHA256 hash so it can be found without decrypting it. Only the last four digits are shown on screen.
• Validates Spanish DNI and NIE numbers with their check letter and with the chosen type: an NIE cannot be saved as a DNI. When the letter does not match, the message says which one it should be.
• A closed catalogue of ranks, situations, scales, branches and specialities, taken from the real sign-up form, so the same value is not written four ways.
• “My details” in the private area: the member fixes their email, phones, address and postcode; professional data and the member number are changed by administration. Every save records date, author and origin.
• Cancellation request from the private area, with a reason and a “cancellation requested” status. Cancelling does not wipe the history.
• A control panel with what needs looking at today: sign-ups to validate, fees outstanding, cases with no movement in 30 days, a draft payment run and a summary of the database.
• The member list filters by name, surname, ID, number, email, mobile, town or province, and by status, type, fee, billing month and province, with sorting by number, name, ID or sign-up date, and export to CSV and Excel.
• Cases with their own number, type, subject, lawyer, status, latest milestone and timeline; payment runs with their lines in a separate table and a SEPA file in the bank’s real format (REMESA_SEPA_AAAAMMDD_ID.txt, ISO-8859-1).
• Traceability: every lookup and every change is recorded with who, what and when — and changes also with the IP — and all of it downloads as CSV.
• Fourteen notification emails with editable text — sign-up received and validated, cancellation requested and processed, details updated, fee receipt, case opened and closed, payment run closed, incomplete record and the internal notices — with a test button.
• Its own member-management permission: managing members does not mean handing over permission to touch WordPress accounts, and deleting a record stays with the administrator only.
• On activation it brings into its tables whatever was already in each user profile, without duplicating, and on update it checks the structure itself.

This plugin works inside your WordPress and we do not have screenshots of it yet. We would rather leave the gallery out than show a screenshot of a different plugin: when we have them, they will go here.
